All have been great and easy to make. My favorite is rye with lots of caraway seeds. The machine has been great. We did have a problem with the bread pan. My wife says you may not want to soak the outside bottom of the bread pan (where the ring is) to prevent corrosion. If let wet, the ring may freeze up. That said, there is nothing that compares to SKG customer service. Michael was the most helpful representative that I have run into in a long time.
