## Overview

The Dynatron A47 is a high-performance 2U active air cooler designed specifically for AMD Ryzen processors on AM4 and AM5 sockets. Featuring a 60x60x25mm 4-pin PWM fan spinning up to 11,000 RPM, four heat pipes, and aluminum stacked fins, it efficiently dissipates up to 95 watts of heat while maintaining a low noise profile of 25.8 dB. Its compact dimensions make it ideal for 2U server environments, delivering reliable and quiet cooling to keep your system running at peak performance.

## Description

Ideal for housing AMD Ryzen Processors on both Socket AM4 and AM5, the Dynatron A47 2U Active Air Cooler features a 60x60x25 mm PWM fan, four heat pipes and aluminum stacked fins for enhanced heat dissipation with a maximum support of 120 Watts.

Review: Incredibly loud stock fan, decent heat dissipation for the size. Intended for datacenters. - The included fan is unbelievably loud ruling it out for for home use -- seriously you can hear this thing from multiple rooms away when limited at 70% PWM limit. I replaced the included fan with two Noctua NF-A6x25, which required modification of the fans as the am4 mounting screws interfere with a standard fan's profile. I zip tied the other noctua fan to the other end of the fin stack for a push pull configuration. They're cooling about as well as the stock fan when the system is at low to moderate load. I'm running a Ryzen 3900X (105w TDP) in a 2U rack mount case and able to keep it around 60c under moderate load with my modification, versus around 55c with the stock fan at the expense of my sanity and hearing. It does eventually thermally throttle with both fan configurations, but is able to maintain 3.4-3.6ghz clocks @ 95-100c. These numbers are with the stock 'paste' on the heatsink. I think the limit in the heat dissipation of the heatsink would not benefit significantly from better thermal paste.
Review: ok - noisy
