Review: Prints on wood and plastic etc and does not rub off. - The system works great. We use it to make plant signs for our school gardens. I did have a small problem and to their credit, there was no question. They sent me replacements. everything. I do like their customer service. Using this to print on wood is great. So far so good. I even added water to the ink after printing on some plastic and could not rub it off, So I like that it's very permanent.
Review: This product is a waste of money and good for gabbage - I bought this product in 2023 and it break at the first use. I claim a refund and the seller prefers to send me an other one free but it was a scam cause this new one was bas and never print. I contacted the seller to return it but he never responded. I STILL WANT A REFUND FOR THIS PRODUCT GOOD FOR GABBAGE!

This product is amazing for small project and even mid level. You must keep the ink cartridge facing down for the best results. May leak from time to time. Does have a speed delay if you are moving to fast. Can also use on tshirts and all surfaces! Ultimately it's a formidable tool in the right hands!! Would like to see a more updated version one day!!
