My Surface Pro won't stay connected to it. Keeps saying the USB device is not recognized, and everything connected keeps connecting and then disconnecting every 10 seconds. Shitty device. Do not buy. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for a multiscreen setup, works with Wacom *by M***4 on Reviewed in the United States on 4 June 2023* I had bought a smaller, cheaper version of this for my two HDMI connected screens with multiple subcontracted devices (camera and mic are connected via one monitor). I work using a surface laptop 4 currently, a wide Dell monitor, and a Wacom Touch Monitor (16") for design work. For comparison, the cheaper one was a pain as it was connected via usb-c, a super pain to set up and get my computer to recognize both my mouse and my tablet pen, and broke after my first time disconnecting it when I had to go in to the office. After an arduous search, I found this one and it's sooooo worth it. Conmecting via the power source is so convenient and easy, everything WORKED almost immediately. Just make sure that the power source is connected in the right direction with the little light facing up, otherwise it doesn't recognize anything except the power component, none of the connections. Now, I can just keep it's regular power cord in my go bag and if I want to relocate to work on the couch, it's easy. There have been a couple of times where the sub connected mic or camera weren't recognized, which was solved with a reboot and reconnect. I would definitely recommend. ### ⭐ Failed primary function *by S***A on Reviewed in the United States on 23 August 2023* The product worked with no concerns till last night until it stopped charging the laptop after a few minutes of pluggin in ( tried on 2 laptops).Also, all my other chargers were not finicky wrt direction plugged in to laptop.
