This product really works! just don't use it too much. I used to get yeast infections all the time and taking antibiotics for it, but antibiotics kills your good bacteria, unbalansing your gut, PH level( which is perfect for yeast infection) so this circle never ends. My naturopath told me not to use any soaps down there ( not even feminine soap) just leave your own bacteria there for protection and wash with a warm water only. Also I switched to organic pads only, a good diet with a lot of organic greens, and drinking Ph 9.5 water. All that worked out great for me! No more yeast! The regular tampons and pads can create a favorable environment for bacteria growth. Micro tears in the vaginal wall from tampons allow bacteria to enter and accumulate. One recognised risk from tampon is Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS), which may be caused by poisonous toxins from either Staphylococcus or group A Streptococcus bacteria. TSS can be life-threatening condition. The Always menstrual pads contains: Styrene (carcinogen), Chloromethane (carcinogen), Chloroform (carcinogen, reproductive toxicant, neurotoxin, Acetone (irritant).
