**Q: The mic won't work. Is there any trick to make this going?**
A: Odly enough I had an issue with one of my Xbox controllers where the sound and mic didn’t work, but when I plugged it into my other controller everything worked perfectly fine. Maybe it might be a controller issue!

**Q: Does it require any software to have DTS surround sound? Or is DTS surround sound built-in the headset?**
A: I'm not aware of it requiring any software but I am on ps5 so not available for me if needed. The 2's provided a much better sound profile in my opinion.

**Q: Does this headset have mic monitoring right out of the box so I can use it with my Xbox series x, or is that feature only available on PC?**
A: No, has to be turned on in windows control panel. In general I can hear surroundings pretty well including my own voice depending how loud I set the volume.

**Q: Does DTS spatial audio work using 3.5 mm aux input?**
A: I think so, but to be sure contact Hyper X store just to make sure

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Quality Headset

I wanted a headphone/mic set that would allow me to take advantage of speech to text functions, dictation to AI and maybe even some gaming or music listening on the computer. These seem to check off all those requirements. First, these are very comfortable to wear. The 'cloud' name is appropriate for the ear and headband pads. They are adjustable for ear positions and the detachable & adjustable mic works well. The noise cancellation worked well enough for me as I don't hear any outside noise. I like the option for connecting as they have 3.5mm jack, USB and USB-C cables/adapter. With the USB cable adapter, it is more than long enough to reach my computer. The headphone sound was really quite good especially for this price point. The mic picks up sound well enough though comes though a little on the quiet side. Connecting was easy as windows picked it up immediately when plugged in and made it the default. I'm quite happy with these and the price was a good value.
