## Questions & Answers

**Q: Titanium or Cobalt in the 11/48 I really like the cobalt thinking of trying Titanium has anyone tried both? Gretsch 6122 mostly rockabilly and country**
A: Personally, I preferred the Titanium, but the Cobalt seems more popular. With my fingers, I got more of a nasally sound out of the cobalt that I didn't care for. I say try both and see what works for you.

**Q: Will this work for ibanez artcore asf75t? thank you!**
A: Absolutely, These are great sounding strings it has a nice warm tone.

**Q: just to make shure does this come with all 6 strings?**
A: Yes! This is an entire set of 6 guitar strings! Thanks for your interest! Y2PLAY Stores 1-800-695-4808

**Q: Can these strings be used on an acoustic guitar?**
A: Use DR. Zebra string set for acoustic electric guitars. You'll probably want a heavier guage for acoustic electric guitar ,meaning acoustic guitar that's also electric. I only acoustic look at nickel strings. Gauge for acousticlectic guitar I'd suggest at least 11 gauge set , normal 12 gauge for acousticlectic guitar

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice strings
*by P*** on 20 April 2025*

Used many times

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really good strings
*by E***D on 9 October 2024*

Always use these strings on my Reverend War hawk. Because of the 24 and 3/4 scale length. Good quality stings. Little bit more cost than normal guitar strings but these sound better and last longer. Cheeper than anywhere to get these stings.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely worth the extra moolah.

I've been using Ernie Ball Hybrid Slinky's for a good number of years now, but I won't talk about the strings in terms of gauge here as I assume you'll have already some experience with what strings you like before looking at these. This particular line of strings claim to decrease string breakage, hold tuning and resist wear more than a regular set, and it's safe to say this is exactly what they do.After 3 months of daily playing I'm about due a new set, which as far as longevity goes is fantastic. I have these strings set up on a MIM Fender Telecaster Deluxe 72 reissue complete with a graph-tec nut and string-saver saddles, so I can't put it all down to the strings as to why I've not broken any (in all honesty I rarely break a string and if you've not got a well cut and lubed nut all the will in the world won't keep you in tune), but these strings will take an absolute hammering and maintain their freshness and tone twice as long as a regular set. I can play for a good 30-60 minutes without having to adjust my tuning, which I put down to a combo of the strings and the graph-tec nut. As with any set of strings, washing your hands prior to playing will prolong the life of these strings considerably. All in all, definitely worth the extra cash since you'll be changing sets far less often, but don't go expecting miracles. It's still just wound metal at the end of the day!
