The color is great (I am huge fan of black/gray), the fit is perfectly snug (size L-XL), and I've had a few compliments on the design (my son and his friends are skateboarders).As usual, with Flex Fit brand hats, it take a bit for the elastic to break in, but once it does, it usually holds on for a long time. After extended use (I'm talking a year or more), you might notice that the elasticity has started to fail and the hat will get slightly more loose as time goes on. I have Flex Fit hats that I've had for more than a couple of years, and you can tell the older ones from the newer ones in terms of tightness of fit. That was part of the reason I bought this one, which is to replace my older hats that aren't fitting as snug as they used to. Once the elastic band gets old, or starts to lose it's elasticity, a stiff wind could blow the hats off my head. But I keep the older ones and wear them when I'm at the beach (in the water) or playing sports or mowing the lawn.
