I had some serious issues updating the firmware, with the included drives. After running latest HPE SPP SUM to update all firmware. The server reporter a 1912 drive overheating and shut down. Inside SSA it was reporting 127 or 128 degrees C. Which is simply a communication error. After wasting way to much time trying to resolve the issue I found the drive in question had an odd/old version of firmware on the drive itself (not RVM02B6Q like the others).
