They are heavy, easy to use and look good. They have been through he dishwasher many times and no tarnishing. **Q: How heavy are the forks (in grams) please? Trying to find a replacement set and more interested in the weight of each item. Thank you for your help!** A: The 16pcs cutlery set is about 1000grams so the average weight of each piece is about 62grams **Q: Question for Seller./ What is the grade of stainless steel these are made from? Is it 18/10?** A: Good question. I've now looked at them and oddly enough it doesn't say on any of the cutlery piece ;) I can only say that we've been using these for 1.5 year using washing machine and they keep well, with no signs of rust.
