I cannot find a pure stevia sugar substitute!** A: Most things with Monk fruit and Stevia will have less than 5-10% of this items as they are so sweet they have to cut it down. A pinky fingernail size shallow spoon is what our pure stevia uses and that sweetens a 16oz drink. The monk fruit ones have very very little monk fruit and pure only is basically impossible to get. Read the packages and do some research because most are misleading **Q: What is expiration date?** A: The case I purchased a month ago expires August 2020. **Q: Ok why erythritol this is a question** A: I have no technical answer, however, according to current studies both monk fruit and stevia are preferred sugar substitutes. I am diabetic and even though I've cut way down on the unnecessary carbs, this has worked for me. I use it in my morning coffee and the occasional treat. It has to be up to you, to find what works. **Q: What else is in this product?
