A: I installed it on a tractor, the picture will not flicker due to jitter, and the picture will not be affected by passing under the utility pole.

A: Yes, it is IP 69 waterproof, you don't need to worry any rains or bad weather.

**Q: Does this camera constantly record? Can I also use as dash cam or is it only a reverse camera and monitor? Thanks**
A: The unit is larger than a normal dash cam and will record continuously on an SD card of anywhere you point the camera if connected to a permanent 12 volt supply. The unit is ideal for when there is a distance between the camera and the unit without being hard wired, so great for a caravan, motor home or articulated lorry that it was designed for, to view what is behind in what is normally a black spot.. A bit wasted if used as a dash cam facing to the front.

The display unit was very easy to set up and a good quality. Despite extending mirrors on my 4x4, it was difficult to see clearly what was behind my 8.1m caravan especially on motorways, not now. The photos show with and without the parking assist whilst attached to my car. The other is on the rear of the caravan some 10m away from the receiver. Crystal clear. The camera was larger than expected but very robust. Well worth the money for peace of mind.
