These operate with 4 AA batteries in the hand controller (not included) and there are lanyards for each hand-held device. The buttons are large, easy to reach and operate. The cases on the remotes and the one that mounts to the frame are sealed, industrial quality strength and solid. The control that is mounted on the crane has a rubber mounting block (provided) to absorb the shock and/or vibration. The included wiring diagram is very legible and makes hooking the wiring up simple. There are eleven wires that are connected to the crane control box.The controls are set up to turn the crane power on/off and to send the crane North, South, East and West depending on the needed action. This also controls the up and down of the cable. An LED light will flash green when battery power is sufficient and red when batteries need to be replaced.This is a heavy duty industrial grade wireless crane remote control kit that lives up to the name.
