I believe this to be water resistant. **Q: Can it be used on Fabrick? Or all purpose one is better?** A: No this is a balsa wood cement - i would try the all purpose one **Q: Whats the difference between this hart uhu and normal one please?** A: i got this to help my grandson build a diorama in balsa wood and matchsticks of WW1 trenches. The description said it was for small parts and dried as a film reinforcing weaker structure. It did in fact do this, I think it was a thicker consistency and less runny than the normal UHU . A word of warning though use it in a well ventilated area this is the stuff sniffers use.
