Review: Joy Moop over O-Cedar - Received my order earlier this morning w/overnight shipping 🤗 The mop bucket is decent in size; not too small or too large, which is perfect for storage. Assembly process is simple, quick and easy. The mop comes with a total of 5 metal detachable poles, which was very easy to put together/assemble. You are able to remove a pole, if you need the mop stand to be a little shorter, otherwise, it’s a perfect height with all 5 polls assembled. So far, it is comfortable and easy to use with ease to push/mop floors, walls and higher surfaces with no problems. Package comes with a total of three (3) microfiber mop pads. Packaging claims that the microfiber pads are machine washable, which are great, in terms of saving some money. It advises to change microfiber pads every 1 to 2 months of use. The overall colors of the mop and bucket are neutral tones; light gray and a darker shade of gray, making it aesthetically pleasing, in my personal opinion (& if colors matter to you 😆). The mop bucket is light weight and has two separate chambers; one for wet/wash and the other to dry mop — also great, since it separates clean water from dirty water. The mop itself is also light weight and easy to handle. I like that I am able to not only mop my floors, but also use this mop to clean my walls, high surfaces, hard to reach places and big mirrors, too 🤗 (Obviously, I’d use a new/clean microfiber mop pad for walls/mirrors, instead of the one I used to mop floors with) Overall, this is a great mop. Simple and easy to assemble and use. I actually returned a newly purchased O-Cedar spin mop & bucket for this Joy Moop mop & bucket instead 😉 Hope this helps with your decision making process 😊
Review: A game changer for floor cleaning! - I recently bought the JOYMOOP Mop and Bucket with Wringer Set, specifically the White Flat Squeeze Bucket Set designed for floor cleaning. With its inclusion of a wet/dry wall cleaner and a long handle, coupled with the additional feature of being a Hardwood Floor Mop, this set comes complete with three microfiber cloths. Let me share how it's become a game-changer for me, especially considering the need to be extra cautious with our vinyl floors. Our home is adorned with vinyl floors, and as you may know, excessive moisture can lead to buckling. Given this, cleaning can be a bit of a challenge. Enter the JOYMOOP Mop and Bucket set – a true savior for our vinyl floors. What sets this set apart is its flat squeeze bucket design, ensuring that the amount of water applied is controlled, preventing any excess moisture from seeping through. This feature has been a lifesaver, allowing me to clean effectively without the worry of damaging our vinyl flooring. The long handle provides added convenience, sparing me from the need to bend over excessively during cleaning sessions. This not only makes the cleaning process more comfortable but also more efficient. The inclusion of a wet/dry wall cleaner and the option for hardwood floor cleaning with the same set is incredibly convenient. It's a versatile solution that caters to various cleaning needs around the house. The only thing I dislike is that adding water can be difficult. Other than that I do recommend it.

## Features

- [Household Cleaning Tool] JOYMOOP mop and bucket with wringer set, 2-bucket mop bucket, wash and dry, scratch dirt away in wash chamber, squeeze out of water in dry chamber, without hands cleaning. Note: Please wet mop to avoid hard insert problems
- [Mop Bucket Set] Flat squeeze mop bucket set. A self-cleaning mop reduces your time and labor, allowing the bucket to handle more than you can on your own. Mopping is simplified between the mop and bucket, keeping you away from dirty water; all you need to do is insert and pull the mop
- [Mops for Floor Cleaning] 360° rotation flat mop-head can reach to any corners and those "under-the-whatever" places. The adjustable stainless steel handle can be extended from 26.5 to 60.0 inches, much suitable to be a wet dry mop for walls, wall cleaner with long handle
- [Easy Storage] All pieces are compact enough to fit effortlessly inside the bucket. During no use, just put it in the corner and never worry about taking up too much space. Meanwhile the wash side has a volum around 6.5l, compact body with large capacity
- [Reusable Cleaning Microfiber Cloths] Applied to a 13.0 by 4.9-inch mop head. 5 microfiber mop pad refills come with this set. Strong water absorption lets you easily do any wet and dry cleaning. To keep long-term usability, recommend changing refills every 1-2 months based on usage frequency

## Questions & Answers

**Q: The pad keeps coming off when mop inserted into bucket, why it doesn't work?**
A: NOTE! Please have a look on below instruction about how to attach pad, the three tabs-slots must be matched together, and ensure the pad firmly stuck on mop-head, so that avoid this problem!

**Q: Why the lid comes off when bucket lifted?**
A: It seems that there are two handles, but the larger one is the real lift-handle, the thinner one which printed LOCK is actually a lock that lock lid in the bucket. So just use the lift-handle to move the bucket so that the top lid won't come off!

**Q: What can I do if any accessories (include mop handle or cleaning cloth or mop-head) missed or broken?**
A: JUST Message us if ANY issues occur! We're focus on customers' use-experience and provide long-term service for all of our products! Be free to tell us what's wrong or what you need through Your Order or go to our JOYMOOP storefront to ask us!

**Q: "Dirty" water flows into "Clean" water? —— Nope, the bucket only designs to separate "WASH" and "DRY" function!**
A: The design that the squeezed water goes back to the "WASH" side for two reasons: 1) Keep the DRY side empty to squeeze water properly; 2) Maintain the water level in WASH side for continuous times use until customers want get the water changed.

**Q: The mop-head is difficult to go inside into bucket, why?**
A: Fill water into WASH chamber and wet the mop firstly! The dry mop is certainly hard to insert. And it happens normally at first few times uses, please push down in some strength at beginning, also tilt mop at some angles maybe helpful.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love this but. It’s not all hands free.
*by C***J on December 5, 2023*

I like the concept but could use a redesign. I use the dry compartment for the disinfectant or clean water and the 2nd compartment for the dirty. After a few uses of the mop heads they fall apart. I purchased extra mop heads from a 3rd party and those work much better but they do also lose their thickness with some time and become too thin for the 2nd compartment. I don’t like that it doesn’t have a spout to drain the water. Have to dump it. Love the magnetic mop head design. I think imma buy another one but with a spout.
