I liked the clean looks and the way all of the mounting hardware is hidden behind the wooden block.There is a metal bracket that runs across the back of the block that mounts onto the wall. Then the magnetic strip holds the block securely on to the metal bracket for a seamless mounting.In my block, the recess that is cut into the block for the metal bracket was not parallel to the block, and was at least 5 degrees out of alignment. This made a level installation extremely difficult as you have to compensate for the misalignment in the block. If you simply mount the bracket on the wall horizontally level, the block would be visibly not level as a result. It took a good deal of extra hassle figuring out the misalignment and mounting the bracket out-of -level enough to compensate for the block so that it would finally end up level on the wall. It's a pity when poor quality control lets an otherwise nice product down. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Magnetic knife holder. *by R***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 December 2019* Excellent product.
