My neighbor has an older model Kreepy Krauly, which is FAR superior to this piece of junk. It gets stuck every 2 minutes. After being in my pool for about 4 hours, it had literally vacuumed 2 strips of pool bottom. Utter garbage. I even called the company to make sure I was using it correctly. I dialed the extension for technical support. The guy didn't even seem to understand my issue, and had to put me on hold to find someone who could tell him the answers to my questions. Save yourself a world of headaches, and just buy a $20 manual vacuum head. I can vacuum the pool myself in 1/50th the time it takes to get this stupid thing hooked up and running.
