I would highly recommend them. I bought mine to wear after running but I wear them all the time about the house as they are so comfortable. **Q: Does anyone find these shoes slippy in the wet weather, especially on tiled smooth surfaces ? I have previously suffered from plantar fasciitis pain in my heels. These were recommended to me by a friend and it was one of the best decisions I have made. It feels like you're bouncing when you walk which feels a little unusual at first but you quickly get used to it especially when you realise how comfortable they are. I took these with me to Saudi last year and walked around 10 miles a day in them with absolutely no pain in my feet. In my opinion these are definitely worth the high price as they comfy, durable and have far exceeded my expectations. Walking surface is really soft. Contoured with quite a high arch support so that pressure points on the ball and heel of the foot take less weight. We have hardwood floors so ideal for walking around the house after a long walk in the hills. Strap is robust but quite soft. I've had other sandals where the strap digs in to the top of the foot ... these don't. I dropped one star off the rating as the sizing is a little inaccurate. I normally wear UK size 13 shoes. These were EU 47 ... so should have been slightly small for me but they were in fact around 1 size too large.
