It looks great. It came with an extra set of blades and a sifter and some other parts. But the housing for the power is attached with what looks like plastic and it arrived broken. I have to pay to return it.4 May update - after seeing my seller review the seller said they would give me a prepaid return shipping label if I would remove my negative seller review. I have the shipping label in my hand and I am now going to delete the seller review.28 May update - After my money was refunded I received an email from the seller asking if I would modify my review if they sent me a grinder for no money. I said I would but I would say that this happened. I received the grinder today, they sent a 1500 gram grinder instead of a 1000 gram one (they also asked if this was okay). Included was a spare blade set, fuse and another small part. Also a brush and a sifter. Included in the box they put a little stove top waffle iron thing that make tiny balls of pancakes, I believe this is a Japanese thing. The instructions are very few, but it looks like they might be enough.The grinder works. I have no experience grinding wheat, or any other super hard thing. I ground 450 grams of hard red winter wheat berries from Palouse. I set the timer for a little over a minute, I had no idea what would be needed, and the instructions are sparse. I think that was too long, I will have to experiment. I have some really pretty very fine flour that looks like it needs no sifting. It's flour! It got pretty hot, right now I am cooling it off.The tilt feature of this grinder is very important and works well. It tilts farther down than I thought at first. I would have a terrible time coping with one of these that didn't tilt.This grinder is a very powerful machine, I'm impressed. The first picture is the flour in the grinder, and the second is a comparison of the Central Milling whole wheat fine flour I have and this flour from this grinder. I am very happy and now I'm going to have to find people to eat my bread.I have to say that the seller has knocked themselves out to make me happy. I don't think anyone has ever tried so hard in my many years of buying things. I want to thank them and also to say that maybe public complaining might sometimes pay large dividends. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not good for flour *by J***. on Reviewed in the United States on July 12, 2020* This is a very sturdy machine and it grinds very quickly. I am impressed with its construction. I can make rice flour in it in under two minutes. However, I wouldn't recommend it as a flour mill because it gets extremely hot, even in that two minutes, and the flour cooks. Baked goods we have made with it don't raise well. The flour also doesn't grind very fine unless you do it multiple times, letting the machine cool down for at least half an hour between grinding. It says to set it on 5 minutes, but it kicks the overheat button in about 2 minutes each time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'm buying 2 more *by M***N on Reviewed in the United States on August 6, 2018* I use this product everyday in my shop and it works like charm. There are several other grinders from different manufacturers on Amazon, but this one is the best one by far. I own all the other versions and they all have the same drawbacks - the handle either breaks off or the top lid becomes stuck because of the heat and has the be hit with a hammer in order to loosen up the lid.
