**Q: Does this program have all the the quick book categories and options including workin with Excel and Word?**
A: Sorry I have not even opened this product yet so I would not know what is included.

**Q: I have an hp lab top, will i be able to use the dvd in my labtop?**
A: If the laptop has a DVD-ROM, you can use the DVD in your laptop since a computer DVD-ROM is required to use the software training.

**Q: Do you need a Quickbooks program already installed in the PC?**
A: The QuickBooks software is not required to watch our videos. That said, having QuickBooks installed will help with the learning and retention process.

**Q: I have recently updated from qb 2011 to qb desktop pro 2019. will this product be helpful or should i wait for a 2019 version to be released?**
A: I don’t know about 2019 but I do know it was very helpful for us
