A: If you have specific skin problems like keratosis pilaris or acne that you are dealing with by using this product, it is more effective to use it daily. The product is formulated to be gentle enough to be used daily.

**Q: Does this contain Microbeads**
A: No this is more of a chemical exfoliation. It does leave your skin very soft each time you use it.

**Q: Does it improve strawberry look?**
A: Yes. I noticed a difference after the first use and the redness is completely gone after just a week. I bought the coolife exfoliator and the exfoliating lotion as well.

**Q: After properly rinsing off, will this cleanser bleach or lighten your clothing & fabrics especially when you sweat?**
A: No I had no problem with that after use.
