Review: Great alternative to Garmin's solution. - It is a good price when comparing with Garmin's solution. It is easy to install and attach to my day hike or backpacking bag shoulder strap. I love the cord which keeps it from falling to the ground. I have not had the experience of it falling off by accidental bumping as I have read in others reviews. It can take a bit of practice to put back within the harness, you have to be deliberate to align it in a diagonal so it falls into the groves and twist to upright position in the harness to lock in place. But I am sure you can get better at it with time.

It is a good price when comparing with Garmin's solution. It is easy to install and attach to my day hike or backpacking bag shoulder strap. I love the cord which keeps it from falling to the ground. Just what I needed to secure my Inreach to a parachute shoulder strap. It twists 45 degrees to lock/unlock. I just wish that it had a more affirmative detent.
