I bought the first pair after months of struggling with painful plantar fasciitis, after reading a review that these helped someone else. Within a week my plantar fasciitis was gone for good! I work 100% from home, so I wear these every day, and the pain has never came back. They are very comfortable, great quality/long lasting, they provide great arch support, and somehow they keep my feet both cool in the summer (my feet NEVER sweat in these) and warm in the winter (even without socks)! There must be some special coating on the footbed that helps with this, so I make sure I use a gentle cleanser when cleaning. I've even worn them hiking, and with the velcro I could strap them tight enough to scramble up and down the big rocks with ease. Of course I would never recommend others hike or rock scramble in slides, but it's just a testimony to the versatility of these sandals. A little rough to get used to as I had been wearing worn out sandals. However I could feel my whole body adjust because my feet were positioned the way they should be. The sole seemed to 'warm up' and adjust to the support my feet need. Happy enough that I bought a second pair. I will most likely buy a third pair soon. Remember, slow introduction. I started with an hour a day. Increased this by an hour every couple of days.
