I would say they are not useful as a garnish either as they are tasteless, dry brittle and smell kind of like a stale toasted rice cracker. If I advertised something with a jasmine garnish I think people would be disappointed with these flowers. they are pretty and I could see them being useful for artistic projects. The entire bag has this scent of toasted stale rice crackers. It’s odd.
