The Ensigear appeared to have everything I needed, but I did have to purchase a longer cable to connect the receiver to the module (an inexpensive extension cable). Set-up took less than 5 minutes once I figured out how everything would be arranged in my media closet. The responsiveness is instantaneous-almost faster than if there was no repeater at all! The 6 slots for additional IR sensors ensures that I can expand its use as time goes on (I only need 3 at the current time), but the receiver comes with all of the sensors needed to control 6 separate devices in a media closet. Highly recommended!

**Q: My devices are far away from each other, so what is the maximum length I can extend the emitter cables?**
A: IR Emitter cable can be increased by 15 meters on the existing basis.The cable length of the infrared receiver can be increased by more than 50meters.

**Q: How can I wire inorder to control the maximum 12 or upto 18 devices? The diagram in the manual is not specific enough for us.**
A: 1.You need to buy 6 additional two-eye emitters, connect them to the 6 sockets on the main unit with IR Emitter cables, you can control 12 devices.  2.You need to buy 6 additional three-eye emitters, connect them to the 6 sockets on the main unit with IR Emitter cables, you can control 18 devices. 3.Buy two-eye emitter cable to search for the product ASIN: B07CQJTP7V.

**Q: The lights on the ir receiver can be a little annoying. can these lights be covered over without blocking the incoming ir signal?**
A: Yes the lights on the receiver can be covered .The receiver ca be behind the tv out of sight.

The Ensigear appeared to have everything I needed, but I did have to purchase a longer cable to connect the receiver to the module (an inexpensive extension cable). Set-up took less than 5 minutes once I figured out how everything would be arranged in my media closet. The responsiveness is instantaneous-almost faster than if there was no repeater at all! The 6 slots for additional IR sensors ensures that I can expand its use as time goes on (I only need 3 at the current time), but the receiver comes with all of the sensors needed to control 6 separate devices in a media closet. ### ⭐ Low quality device, fell apart when installing

Two female 3.5mm Jack ports fell off the circuit board when the male plugs were installed. One input and #4 output port. Unfortunately, trouble shooting other devices took a lot of time and took me off track from the real problem! (This low quality device!) I suggest looking elsewhere. Now I can’t return it. Picture shows device opened up and two loose female Jack ports.
