I’ve had this fireplace for a few months now and I absolutely love it. The design is beautiful and really elevates the space. Setup was quick and easy, and it gives off great heat. Highly recommend!

I bought this for my home office and it’s perfect! The quality is great and I love the interchangeable option for the “tile” to be either black or bohemian pattern. The 3D fireplace is also appreciated and creates a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. I also appreciate the option to have the firelight without the heat. Additionally, it was very easy and quick to put together. Using the tools included, I was able to put this together all by myself in 30 minutes.

I love love my fireplace!!I it is beautiful! Easy to assemble! Straight forward instructions! Realistic looking fire and logs! Makes the room so much more relaxing and comfortable! Can’t wait to use the heater on this fireplace! And now I can use to decorate for Christmas with all my stockings! So happy I chose this fireplace! And I had to contact customer service because the mantel top had a chuck of wood missing from it and they are sending me another top no questions asked! I recommend this fireplace to anyone that is looking for a beautiful piece of furniture to add to your decore!

We are absolutely in love with this fireplace! We wanted to make our living room feel cozier and create a warm focal point, and this piece did exactly that. It looks just like the picture—beautiful, realistic, and very high quality. Not only does it look great, but it also heats our living room really well, making the space comfortable even on the coldest days. It truly made our holidays extra special, adding such a warm and inviting atmosphere to our home. We are so happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their living space!

I love this product. I love that you have the option for heat or no heat. When the heat is on, there is a red grill that illuminates which I don’t love. When the heat is off the grill goes away. Comparatively speaking this still has the best aesthetic when it comes to the heat grill and the power indicator screen. It looks the most real out of the many I looked at. There are several flame options to choose from. They all are great, but I was happy to settle on my favorite. The wood top is beautiful. I like that I can switch the inner framing from a pattern to black. I love the height and width. It gives the fireplace a grander feel. I do wish the logs were larger or with more variation. Other than that it’s perfect. It was easy to assemble by myself. 9.8 out of 10.

Pretty good quality, nice looking flame, considering it’s electric. The finish of the mantle is nice as well as the exterior. Gives off a nice amount of heat.

Beautiful and functional

It says you can return, but it was a $200 fee to do so. We like the fireplace and it looks nice, but we would’ve needed a new circuit to be able to use it in our home. So beware. It’s not just a simple, plug it up and enjoy it. Really frustrated this was $800 wasted and that there’s no option for return as stated.
