Money back please and compensation for ruining my towels ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Read the instructions carefully! *by T***D on 5 July 2026* Make sure your clothes are damp all over, no dry patches and before you put the clothes in the machine, make sure all the pods powder content is emptied into the empty drum and jiggled about until it's fallen through the holes into the bottom of the drum. I didn't jiggle the powder and I ended up with ruined trousers and shorts. I had a black pod which I followed the instructions to the letter and that resolved the issue.
