I have a couple of younger dogs and a couple of older dogs. The younger ones seem to take to the new direction easier. Packaging and shipping were great. No problems. The buttons are recordable with your own voice, which I feel helps the pet connect more. Batteries not included so get a large pack of AAA. Product also included a black, bone shaped mat to set the buttons on. While I like the material of the mat, I do not care for the fact that the buttons have no way to stay on there. The second the dog hits it, the button is pushed off. I suppose you could cut out the holes and set the buttons in, if it was really a problem. The set also comes with a small variety of stickers to label the buttons, which is a nice touch. Overall, a good product. Just don’t expect your pups to catch on right away. It takes a good bit of time and patience. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Speaker issues *by on Reviewed in the United States 5 June 2024* The day they arrived, I tested the buttons and immediately found one of them had a speaker issue. Less than a week later, it failed to play at all. 6 months later, I'm noticing more of the buttons have random speaker issues. I've seen and heard my dog hit the button, but no sound comes out - not even the low battery beeps. I've changed the batteries, but the issue has persisted. The buttons are also part of her top 3 favorites ("walk," "play," and "outside"). The mat and the exterior of the buttons still look great.
