I workout on a regular basis, and a few months ago I began to develop severe pain that radiated from my elbow down to my wrist. Eventually the pain became so intense that even the most basic tasks began to hurt me. I went to see a physical therapist and found out that what I was experiencing was a mild case of tennis elbow, as well as a slight build up of scar tissue in the muscles in my forearm. They were able to work out the muscles and the tendons after 3-4 visits. I was ok for a while but recently the pain started to come back a little. I knew I needed a way to keep my muscles loose, then I came across this product. It has helped so much in alleviating the pain I typically feel following certain workouts. It stays cold for hours, and the rolling sphere design allows you to really roll out the underlying tissue.
