A: The weight of the bread dough that each pan is designed to hold is identified in the description, 1 pound, 1.25 pounds, 1.5 pounds. The pan that measures 8.5 x  4.5 x 2.75 holds 1 pound of white yeast bread dough; the pan that measures 9 x 5 x 2.75 holds 1.25 pounds of white yeast bread dough; the pan that measures 10 x 5 x 3 holds 1.5 pounds of white yeast bread dough.

**Q: So this question is for someone that has used these for awhile now....how is the nonstick finish holding up after heavy usage?**
A: I don't know about heavy usage but with frequent usage it held up great. Also, I lined them with parchment paper when I used them so that helped a LOT.
