## Description

There's No need to bend over to set or release the Mobile mechanism on these Mobile bases. Simply step down on the foot lever to activate the height-adjustable leveling feet on two of the corners, and your equipment is locked in place. Then, when the work is done and it's time to move the equipment, flip up the levers with your toe, and you're easily Mobile on the smooth rolling extreme-duty casters. We also placed the adjustment bolts along the edge of the adjustment bars for secure double-axis and double-contact rigidity.

Review: Another OUTSTANDING Shop Fox product! - The D4666 Extreme Duty Mobile Base was relatively easy to assemble and had all the hardware and instructions in the box...nothing missing! Very sturdy, well built, designed, and heavy weight. The base has been under my band saw for a few days now and realize I need to re-adjust the height of the casters...due to my error. The band saw can be moved around my shop very easily and locks down with a light press of the caster brake. I did cut the side rails to the same dimensions as my saw base so I had a smaller foot print on my shop floor. Yes...I would/will purchase another Shop Fox D4666 Extreme Duty Mobile Base for any future tools I will procure! Kind Regards...Michael Eubank
Review: Heavy Duty, Easy Assembly, and Works Like a Charm - I use this to make my Porter-Cable floor drill press mobile. This drill press is very heavy, and the mobile base handles it easily. The wheel locks are easy to use, and assembly was pretty easy as well. The only glitch was the mobile base was quite oversized for use with my drill press (my oversight). I remedied this by using my sawz-all to reduce the width of the mobile base (length was fine as is). Works like a charm, now. I'd highly recommend this unit, particularly for bandsaws, jointers, and cabinet table saws. Check the tool dimensions first, though, to assure the mobile base will fit and will endure the tool's weight.

The D4666 Extreme Duty Mobile Base was relatively easy to assemble and had all the hardware and instructions in the box...nothing missing! Very sturdy, well built, designed, and heavy weight. The base has been under my band saw for a few days now and realize I need to re-adjust the height of the casters...due to my error. The band saw can be moved around my shop very easily and locks down with a light press of the caster brake. I did cut the side rails to the same dimensions as my saw base so I had a smaller foot print on my shop floor. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sturdy and Well Made

This mobile base is better than the others I’ve bought in the past. The frame is much stronger, easier to construct, and easier to move around compared to my others. The other mobile bases I’ve bought work well enough for the tools I need to move, but I wanted something sturdier to move my bandsaw, and this mobile base is perfect for it. The design to have the feet lock and unlock is better than having to lock and unlock casters when the weight of the machine is as heavy as my bandsaw (300lbs). If I have smaller machines, I’d probably buy something else because they are cheaper, but if I ever have a heavy machine greater than 200lbs I’m buying this again.
