A masterpiece. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Learn about the Magic of The Meta Model *by A***R on 5 August 2023* This is not a beginner's book on NLP. What this book delivers is a good foundation upon NLP and also about problem solving, and even relays insights into business frameworks. I really like this book because it focused on what area instead of trying to cover a bunch of techniques or give you bland advice. What I got from this book is that we can backward engineer a process to achieve what we want. And although this might sound simple and obvious, the key challenge lies in the way us humans process information. This book uses language as a framework and the example of how we process the world around us. For instance we use: 1. Generalization. 2. Deletion 3. Distortion. I'm not doing this book justice with this quick review, but if you are someone that wants to find a way to overcome challenges, meet goals... or if you want to help others do so... I have never encountered another system as powerful as what Richard Bandler teaches. After reading many of his books, this one seems well organized and greatly explained... even with tough advanced concepts. It covers its bases pretty well. I'm sure Owen Fitzpatrick had a great deal of input to make this book such a gem. This book is a hidden treasure, it does not seem that it was heavily marketed and advertised (there isn't even a digital book as of this writing).
