Toys Studio Series Deluxe Rise of The Beasts 108 Wheeljack, 4.5-inch Converting Action Figure, 8+

Excellent figure to be brought into the studio series line with Wheeljack the “brains” of the movie being able to showcase his Volkswagen deco & style.. the autobot logo on his chest is spot on, vehicle mode being 100% accurate to the film as well. Only complaint if any would have to be his G1 inspired rifle as it is non screen accurate but overall a 99% great figure. Do be careful on the doors when converting into alternate mode as they are bound to pop off if not maneuvered right. Cannot recommend this figure enough if you are wanting to complete your autobot cast from ROTB.

I travel overnight a few nights a week so I started buying transformers and smaller Lego sets for something to do in hotels at night. I'm 45 so I like and grew up with the original ones and the only new ones I get are auto themed there are so many different series and eras now ya can't keep track. But they're put together well for being all plastic some have a ridiculous amount of moves to make but that's the fun of it don't look at the instructions and figure them out. Only thing there missing is theheat activated hologram.

The figure looks good in both modes. Although when the legs bend they don’t look like legs anymore from the side. The figure doesn’t come with the cannons from the movie. Instead it has a plastic gun that was not shown in the movie. The transformation can become annoying with the limited amount of space for the pieces to slide past each other. I’ve had the vehicle doors pop off a few times because of this. After a while though the transformation becomes easier. I would recommend this for any fan of transformers over the age of 10.

This is one of my favorite deluxe transformers. Right up there with Baracade, Shatter, and Drop Kick. This is a very unique transformer that looks good in both modes and should be included in any serious collection. The price is right too.

This version of wheeljack is movie accurate. There is some fragile window pieces that could be compromised during the transformation process. Just be gentle and it will be all good. Seams fit well together.

The plain and simple truth is I have almost nothing good to say about this figure, and neither does anyone else. if you read even the most positive reviews of it, you’ll notice even those have some kind of major issue with it. So let me summarize it here for you: The joints are tight in all the wrong places, the transformation is actual nightmare fuel and designed by someone who apparently never transformed it once themselves, he’s unreasonably small in both modes, his paint is some of the worst finished texture I’ve ever seen on any toy ever, his articulation sucks with stupid movement restrictions for no reason, his stupid head stares right through the windshield in van mode, his atrocious arm kibble looks like a dang cyberverse design, and all that for a figure that’s not even very accurate to the film. It’s literally worse in EVERY conceivable way from the mainline, which was somehow cheaper. so if you can manage to grab that instead, do yourself a huge favor and get that. It’s a fantastic figure, whereas this is a disgrace to the studio series line and collectors in general. What an embarrassment.

This wheeljack is absolutely perfect I loved it so very much I was playing by doing stop motion right now I just can't wait to try it out again thank you so very much 😊👍❤️

A well-designed figure with an enjoyable transformation—everything tabs in nicely, and the vehicle mode is compact with great detailing and paint applications. While some fans are upset that his face doesn’t resemble the G1 version and that he doesn’t turn into a race car, it’s refreshing to see the designers take some creative liberties. Not every version of Wheeljack has to be a strict G1 copy, and this one stands on its own as a solid, well-made figure.
