I received my winder a week ago and so far, it's running flawlessly. It came well-packaged and free from any dents, dings or scrapes. The winder holds both of my watches with no issues whatsoever. The pillows that come with the winder are adjustable in that there's a "ring" that fits over the original pillow for those who have slightly smaller wrists. It looks as though the pillows could handle anything from something around 8" down to 6" if you include the "ring" that fits over the pillow.The unit itself is well-made and looks great. Nice, large display window to make sure the unit is working because there's very little noise when it is. You'd literally have to stand within a few feet to hear the motor. It sits on your desk or nightstand very quietly, doing its job.The winder will run on batteries or can be plugged in with the supplied plug. I've plugged mine in and don't know how long the winder would run on batteries. If the batteries run out when you're not around, what good would having a winder if the watches ran down?Controls are straightforward and require no instructions, but there's a small instruction page that comes with the winder.So far, so good. I'm impressed with its build quality and aesthetics, especially for the price.
