However, you'll need a continuous source of fresh batteries to keep it going. It drains batteries like you wouldn't believe! I own an SLR so I'm used to a camera that can handle thousands of shots between charges - but this intervalometer cannot keep up. You'll find yourself swapping batteries at least once if doing a long night shoot. I cannot understand how something this simple (basically a timer/stopwatch when you think about it) can drain a power source this damn quickly.
