Every product Fluidity makes is just such stellar quality and the bungees are no different. They have thought of everything down to the easy to Velcro collars that attach to different sections of the barre so that the bungees can be used in hundreds of exercises using both your hands AND your feet. The possibilities are truly endless with this set. It also includes 4 different pairs of bungees with different levels of resistance which is great because I can change it up depending on how my body feels that day. And I love that it comes with 8 spandex handles for your hands and feet and they are very comfy to use and washable.
