When I used the wide guidelines suggested on the website, I found what was delivered was about 3/4" short. This has been uncomfortable for me. Just be aware or be willing to return for a different size. **Q: model name says women's airr performance but headline says mens. if this for men or womens size?** A: This are mens but they make them for women. Type in sof sole airr insole for women and select the correct size range so that you don’t have to trim them much if any at all. The mens are sized differently than the women **Q: Are these thinner than the Sof Sole Athlete model?** A: No, they are definitely thicker than the athlete model.
