The keys and pads have a good feel and sensitivity. You get all the necessary cables and a carrying bag also. The editing software works well also. The only drawback I found was that you can't edit the pads and hear the sounds as you program the pads, but that is common with controller editing software to prevent software conflicts. The Synido K25 has the ability to upgrade it's firmware by using the Synido editing software and I demonstrate how to do it near the end of the video at Time: 25:06.
