My adult dog also really loves her harness, but she's used to wearing one as she's 6 years old. I just like the way this one looks and feels better on her than most other brands. Oh, and these are SUPER reflective. Even in the light of just my computer monitor, if they're sitting in the dark I know exactly where all the dogs are. I bought the small when my puppy for 8 weeks old. He was 15lbs and growing. At 4.5 month we moved up to the large size. It was a little big for him at first. The straps are very adjustable. Now that he is 6 months and 55lbs, it fits like a glove. The harness is easy to put on and take off. I've not had any issues with durability.
