It was used approximately 25 times before it began to malfunction. After nearly 30 messages to tech support over the course of approximately 4 months, the sensor never worked again. The majority of those messages were initiated on my end, as tech support continuously ignored my replies. I repeatedly requested for a warranty claim to be processed as it was clear to me that the issue was not repairable.
