Review: For SCD followers, this is a fantastic snack. - I follow the Specific Carb Diet, so I only eat sugars that naturally occur in fruit and honey. With no added sugars in my diet, it makes fruit seem particularly sweet, so I find these freeze-dried blueberries to be a wonderful dessert option or a fantastic sweet snack. Also, I have to cook/prepare almost everything myself that I eat (very few convenience foods are an option on this diet). It's so nice to have a snack that doesn't require any preparation. My big problem is that it's too easy to eat the entire bag in one sitting.
