Distribute the traps evenly throughout the tree when the cherries begin to yellow. Hang traps close to the branch, not covered by leaves. Remove leaves if necessary. Place traps in the upper third of the tree crown. South side and top ripening process begins sooner. Do not hang the traps earlier than specified and remove after the end of flight (approximately mid-July). Assemble and hang: place the trap in front of you so that the rounded tab is on the left. Il faut rester zen ... d'autant que j'ai un eu un grand moment de solitude en constatant que j'avais commandé un article étiqueté en allemand (marrant pour une plateforme qui vend en France ...). J'ai eu l'occasion de réviser. Depuis, de nombres mouches sont prises. Nous verrons bien à la récolte si le dispositif a été efficace.

La mise en place est un peu fastidieuse, difficile à manipuler surtout en l'installant à 3 mètres de haut. On se met de la colle plein les doigts et la pastille de phéromones tombe de son logement. Il faut rester zen ... d'autant que j'ai un eu un grand moment de solitude en constatant que j'avais commandé un article étiqueté en allemand (marrant pour une plateforme qui vend en France ...). J'ai eu l'occasion de réviser. Depuis, de nombres mouches sont prises. Nous verrons bien à la récolte si le dispositif a été efficace.

Schon seit einigen Jahren macht die Walnussfruchtfliege meinem Walnussbaum zu schaffen. Der Baum trägt immer, und die Menge ist mindestens zufriedenstellend, meistens gut bis sehr gut. Aber letztes Jahr musste ich fast die Hälfte der Ernte wegen des Befalls wegwerfen. Das möchte ich nicht nochmal erleben, deshalb habe ich diese Gelbtafeln in den Baum gehängt. Die Handhabung ist sicher und einfach; die ersten Leimfallen habe ich im Gartencenter gekauft, dann hier bei Amazon bestellt und die am stärksten besetzten Tafeln ausgetauscht gegen neue. Leider sind sicher viele nützliche Insekten durch die Tafeln zu Tode gekommen, das tut weh, aber mein Kampfgeist gegen die Walnussfruchtfliege hat sich durchgesetzt. Über die Wirkung kann ich bis jetzt noch nichts sagen, das wird sich erst im Herbst zeigen. Vorbeugend habe ich letztes Jahr gewissenhaft alle befallenen Nüsse aufgelesen und weggeworfen, ausserdem habe ich den Bereich unter der Baumkrone mit einem Pflanzenstärkungsmittel besprüht. Jetzt hoffe ich, dass alle Massnahmen zusammen ihre Wirkung tun.
