These sponges worked very well in exfoliating the cleaning the skin. After I usually just wash my face, I feel like I'm wasting my time with the rest of the regime because it may not really be sinking in. I slightly wet, add cleanser, and scrub away. After a few days of using am and pm, I can tell that my moisturizer is working/seeping in. They are easy to wash afterwards.
