## Description

New generation superplasticiser for concrete. Contains polycarboxylate ether polymers specially formulated to give exceptionally high water reduction, greater workability and extended slump retention. Water reduces the strength of concrete, Flowaid SCC disperses cement by combining the traditional effect of electrostatic repulsion with 'steric hindrance' facilitated by the molecular structure of polycarboxylate ether-based technology. This provides greater dispersion compared with electric only repulsion from those conventional BNS and SMF based superplasticisers. Review: Very strong super plasticiser - Very strong stuff, excellent value for money. Be very careful to follow the dosing and if in doubt go for less. It allows for very low water content or super fluidity, worked great for me making decorative concrete.

**Q: Is this the same as SBR?**
A: SBR is not a plasticiser, it's a bonding/priming agent.

**Q: What ae the mix ratios to cement mix? Bottle isnt clear and not as poctured**
A: Hi, I can only give you an approximate answer as it depends on your materials. It takes approximately 10 to 13 litres of water to mix a 25gk bag of cement into a 1:4 mix for mortar. 5ml of plasticiser is recommended for 25kg of cement. With these facts in mind, I add 5ml of plasticiser to 12litres of water in a bucket and use the water to mix my mortar to the require consistency. I keep an eye on how much water and bags of cement I use. That worked for me. Hope it helps.
