If you're looking for a fluffy pillow to actually fill a 22x22" pillow case this is not it. The 22x22" would fit great in an 18x18" pillow case probably. However in a 22x22" pillow case not so much. It's soft but not full. I measured both the pillow case and the pillow as well to see if one of them was off because it just was so flat looking when it was in the pillow case but they measured the same.
