Review: Efficient and East to use - I had another steam iron with another brand but it didn't work. I tried to iron a pair of jeans but saw no effect after ironing for a few times. After that, I just left it to the corner of my cupboard and never used it again. It became a useless trash. However, I saw my friend using this one with Philips to iron her wedding gown. It did the job perfectly and didn't do any harm to the delicate textiles. I decided to give it a try. After all, it's Philips. I was surprised when I tried it because it was amazing! It ironed quickly and efficiently and worked both vertically and horizontally. I paid for what I got. The only downside is that the water capacity is very small. I need to add water every time after ironing one piece of garment.
Review: Water space needed - Lovely product. The only reason for not giving a five star is the water tank is small and needs refilling often. Otherwise, does the job for quick steam ironing.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How hot is its steam? Can it burn skin, can it cook a slice of raw meat? I just want to know the heat it gives out**
A: Hi! The steam it reaches temperatures up to 100 degrees Celsius. Not sure if that's enough to sear a steak, but then again, I wouldn't recommend using it for that purpose in any case. :) Also, please always be careful using the steamer, and never point it towards your body. Hope this helps! Cheers, Stan.

**Q: Does this item also contain EU electical plug?**
A: Hi there. When purchased via Amazon.co.uk the Steam&Go comes with a UK power plug. If you need assistance, please don't hesitate to get in contact with us. You can find us on both Facebook and Twitter (@PhilipsCare) or reach us via one of the options here: https://www.philips.co.uk/c-w/support-home/support-contact-page.html. Cheers, Simone.

**Q: How many ml does this hold? Hardly 700ml?**
A: Hi there, thanks for your question. The GC362 comes with a 70ml detachable water tank. I hope this helps. Kind regards, Geoffrey

**Q: Is it much better than the previous model 1200 watts or not a noticeable difference??**
A: rubbish

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Water space needed

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Amazing! So great for occasional creases!
*by S***N on 24 July 2023*

Absolutely love this product, such a good buy! I am able to get the creases out of my shirt in the morning when i unexpectedly need to go into the office. I no longer need to do ironing which I do not like at all and just use the steamer to get the creases out. It takes only a couple of minutes to do a shirt/pants and it heats up fast! The tank is very small so you do need to fill up regularly but it realy does work so well. Fits in suitcase too so you can take it on holiday and not have creased clothes! Excellent!
