Does it have any yeast added or otherwise?** A: I think, it’s yeast free. As it is said in the description, it’s sourdough. Usually, one is using yeast to bring the dough up. We recommend this product. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not for us but good price and quality. *by H***Y on 10 April 2026* This bread comes pre-sliced, which was a surprise for me as I had assumed it was just a block of bread. The texture is rather strange, and it is much smaller than standard bread. As a result, the cost would add up more if you were to eat this in place of your more typical larger loaves. I believe that for the quality, it offers good value for money. However, my family personally did not enjoy the taste. It has a peculiar, slightly bitter flavour and is not soft like average flour-based bread. That is fine, but for us personally we would not buy it again. It was nice to try something new, though!
