They are very cushy and comfortable. I usually wear a size 10.5 and I ordered a size 11 in the flip flops. I have several other Croc shoes I wear everyday. This shoe fit me perfectly in the length and width of my foot. The flip flops would be nice to wear as a recovery option after a long shift or a work out. I do have one issue with this shoe but it isn't a dealbreaker. The shoe is going to be noisy for me to wear. On the shoe the toe strap part that is between your toes is a little longer for my feet. This means the shoe will pop when I take a step in it. I wont be running in these shoes. I like the platform sole and the foot bed is good for my arch support. I am planning on customizing these with some rhinestone self adhesive sheets. I am happy with the shoes overall. I waited for a sale to order the flip flops. The price was decent for a recovery option shoe.
