My idea for this Flex Stack Pack was for her to have some storage on the shelf under the work table that would stand up to the elements. This piece has worked out beautifully for that purpose. LIKES Build quality -- SOLID. "Plastic" doesn't really do this sort of item justice. It's heavy. The drawers click closed solidly and then roll out smoothly. It's weather-tight and likely dustproof. It feels like a mini bank vault and could probably survive a natural disaster. This is some tough gear -- understandable given it's designed for contractor types to lug their equipment in and out of trucks and work sites. Capacity -- these drawers are big and deep. I checked to see if my reciprocating saw (Sawzall type tool) would fit and it will. She'll be keeping art supplies as well as tools of her own in there, but there's a lot of room. I think most cordless hand tools smaller than a circular saw will fill in the drawers, which clearly have a high weight capacity as well. NOT SO LIKES It's expensive and looks a little dull. But this is a serious, professional level storage unit, so both of those make sense. FIVE BIG, TOUGH STARS -- Consider this unit for the brutal tool storage and transport it's designed for, or for anything else where you need to get things out of the elements -- no matter how harsh -- until you need them. Review: Must have storage system. - Well built. Met and exceeded expectations. Storing household items, handyman tools, e.g. screw drivers, keys, hammers, etc. so that they can be in one place and easy to find. 3-Drawers makes it easy to store items and retrieve. However, the shipping department failed to perform QC check. Upon receipt could only open the top drawer and failed to open the second and third drawers. Could not also find the dividers. After wiggling the Unit I could hear some items (most likely the dividers) dropping in the back. I was then able to partially open the second and third drawers but could not close none of them. Could not also get to the dividers. Finally called the Manufacturer's Technical Support. He was trying to support me reading off his available script. There was nothing for him to help me with. Finally, I asked him to assist me to remove the drawers off of the rails. He didn't' know how to do it. However, I had seen it be done on my Office drawers over 4 decades ago. I was determined to succeed from memory. I was not prepared to return this relatively heavy product for a replacement. With him on the telephone I was able to get off the drawers from their rails and thereby retrieve the dividers. With that I could install the dividers as I pleased and open and close the drawers. I asked him to record this customer experience in his feedback to his management and promised to document this experience in my "Review" so that others could benefit from it. Because I like their product so much I ordered another one with 2 drawers and it had the divider installed properly with the extra ones stored properly in the larger drawer. Because of this the drawers opened and closed easily. Their products are hardy, stylish, strong and easy to use and maneuver.
