It keeps the strip in place but was too small for my head and it made my skin bunch up and when I took it off my application would be off and my eyebrows would be crooked. I just hold the strip in place and scribble in a base . From there I release the plastic strip and detail my brows. I've had symmetrical brows ever since I got the kit. That's all I really wanted!!!! Symmetrical brows!!! I'm in love with these stencils.

the size of stencils are larger than a normal eye size Even lined up with guide line dot. End of line ends up close to temple of face maybe needs to be made in shorter legenths.!!
